The Happy Mouth Hunter D bit allows the rider to exercise good control over the horse's direction. The fixed rings protect the corners of the mouth from pinching.
The resin bit provides a gentler action in the horse's mouth than its metal counterpart. Particularly well-suited to young horses and horses with sensitive mouths, it has the advantage of being flexible and lightweight, relaxing, and much less abrasive and susceptible to long-term wear than rubber bits. The apple scent encourages horses to accept the bit.
