Refund policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
To make your shopping experience easier, we allow you to try different sizes or colors of a product and return them within 30 days of receiving your order. This policy does not include items on sale at 30% off or more. You are responsible for the return shipping fees charged by your delivery service. Certain conditions apply.
2. Free Returns for Members
Subscribe to our Chambrière Advantage Member Program to enjoy free returns within Canada and 5% off all your orders.
3. Refund Conditions
La Sellerie de la Chambrière accepts product returns within 30 days of the purchase date indicated on your invoice if the following conditions are met: the product must be intact, unused, unworn, and unwashed. It must be returned in its original packaging, with all parts intact and all tags attached. An original copy of the invoice must be provided. You may be asked to provide personal information for identity verification.
4. Exchange Conditions
Exchanges apply only to the same item, but size and/or color may vary. In case of a price difference, the customer must cover the difference. If your products are defective, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
5. Products Excluded from the Return Policy
The following products are excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
La Sellerie de la Chambrière gift cards, all English and Western bits (including hackamores), special-order items, personalized products such as engraved plates, books, all health and care products, and clearance or final sale items (30% off or more).
6. In-Store Exchange Procedure
To obtain an in-store exchange or refund, please present the purchase invoice along with the item to be exchanged or refunded. The product must meet the refund conditions listed above.
7. Online Purchase Exchange Procedure
The same conditions for exchanges and refunds apply to online purchases made through our website www.chambriere.ca. The refund or exchange will be processed once the returned package has been received in-store. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact us by phone at 418-658-6789 or by email at service@chambriere.ca to inform us of your intention to return or exchange an item.

You will receive an authorization email for the exchange or refund after verification.

Go to your local post office with your packaged items and ship them to the following address:
1005 Av Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Suite 139, Québec, QC, G2E 5L1.
Return shipping fees will not be covered by La Sellerie de la Chambrière.

Once your package is received in-store, you will receive a confirmation email for the refund. Processing may take 2 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Refunds or exchanges for online purchases can also be made in-store. Orders placed online with the “pick up in store” option must be returned or refunded in-store only.
8. La Sellerie de la Chambrière Gift Cards
If your purchase was paid with a La Sellerie de la Chambrière gift card, any refund will be issued as a new gift card. The refunded amount will be credited to a new La Sellerie de la Chambrière gift card.
9. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately by phone at 418-658-6789 or by email at service@chambriere.ca with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
