Ariat

All Ariat products are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Ariat's warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, products damaged by misuse, neglect, accidents, alteration, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow proper care instructions.

If your Ariat product has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship and you purchased it from La Chambrière, please contact us for a replacement or refund (as directed by the manufacturer), provided you have a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrangler

Wrangler® offers a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase . This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship on authentic Wrangler® apparel . It does not cover altered, second-hand, Reborn™, irregular, flame-resistant products, or damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or external causes.

In the event of a defect during the warranty period, Wrangler® will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge with an identical or equivalent item, or refund the purchase price.

If your Wrangler product has a manufacturing defect and you purchased it from La Chambrière, please contact us for a replacement or refund (according to the manufacturer's guidelines), provided you have a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrangler®'s liability is strictly limited to the price paid for the product in question. No indirect or special damages will be covered under this warranty.

Durango

Durango® boots sold in our store are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Gore-Tex® : Gore-Tex® membranes are guaranteed against leaks for 1 year.

Waterproof Construction : Durango® Waterproof models are guaranteed waterproof for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, alterations, unauthorized repairs, misuse, or any damage caused by external factors (cuts, burns, accidents, etc.). It may be voided if non-recommended products (oils, solvents, etc.) are applied to the boots.

In the event of a warranty issue, the product will be replaced with an identical or equivalent model if the original model is no longer available. Maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the affected pair.

How to use the warranty?

If you notice a defect, please contact us with your proof of purchase. We will process the request with Durango Boots Canada and follow up on the replacement.

Delivery

Kimes Ranch is proud of its products and guarantees they are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This 12-month warranty, valid from the date of purchase , excludes products damaged by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow care instructions. It also does not cover normal wear and tear. Kimes Ranch will not offer exchanges or store credit for sizing or fit issues, as these are not covered by the warranty. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

What to do in case of a manufacturing defect? If a product has a manufacturing defect and was purchased from La Chambrière, please contact us as we are responsible for exchanging the defective product(s) with Kimes Ranch.

How to make a return or exchange?

You will be able to ensure the return of your merchandise as you wish, but you will have to assume the entire return costs charged by your delivery service.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).

What are the conditions to be met for a refund?

La Sellerie de la Chambrière accepts product returns within 30 days of the purchase date indicated on your invoice if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be intact and not have been used, worn or washed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all parts intact.
  • An original copy of the invoice must be provided.
  • You may be required to provide personal information for identity verification.

In accordance with our sales policy, all sale items reduced by 30% or more are considered final sale .

This means that no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted for these products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered by the legal warranty.

This policy is in place to ensure competitive prices and beneficial promotions for our customers. Before finalizing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review your selection and contact our customer service team for any questions or clarifications regarding promotional items.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

Exchanges are only applicable on the same item, but the size and/or color may vary. In the event of a price difference, the customer must assume this difference.

How do I get an exchange or refund in store?

Present the purchase invoice and the product to be exchanged or refunded. The product must meet the stated conditions for a refund.

How to make an exchange or refund for an online purchase?

The conditions for exchanges and refunds also apply to online purchases via our website www.chambriere.ca . Refund or exchange will be made once the package has been received in store. You will need to cover the return shipping costs.

What are the steps to make a refund or exchange?

  1. Refund Authorization : Contact us by telephone at 418-658-6789 or by email at service@chambriere.ca to inform of your intention to return or exchange.
  2. Receipt of authorization : You will receive an email authorizing the exchange or refund after verification.
  3. Return shipping : Present yourself at your local post office with your packaged items to complete return shipping to the following address: 1005 Av Saint-Jean-Baptiste, local 139, Québec, Qc, G2E 5L1.
  4. Refund confirmation : Once the package is received in store, you will receive an email confirming the refund. Processing may take up to 72 hours depending on your banking institution.

Is it possible to return an online purchase to the store?

Yes, a refund or exchange for an online purchase can be made in store. Purchases made online with the “pick up in store” option must be returned or refunded in store only.

How does the refund work if I paid with a gift card?

Any refund will be made with a new gift card. The amount corresponding to your refund will be credited to a new La Sellerie de la Chambrière gift card.

Payment methods accepted

At Chambriere.ca, we accept the following online payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, prepaid credit cards, PayPal, Sezzle, ShopPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

In our physical store, we accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), contactless payments (Apple Pay and Google Pay), and prepaid credit cards. We also accept cash and debit cards as payment methods.

Please note that refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your prepaid card is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact Visa or MasterCard for further assistance.

How can I use my gift card?

To use your gift card, simply enter your gift card code at checkout and the balance will automatically be applied to your order total.

When you pay with a gift card, it is considered a payment method in its own right and not a discount code. If you return products purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card. Please note that for purchases made using multiple payment methods (e.g. part paid with a gift card and part paid with a credit card or other payment method), refunds will be applied to the or gift cards used, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the other original payment method.

Billing and currency

Purchases made from our online store will be charged directly to your payment method chosen at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you are making a purchase from outside of Canada, the conversion to your local currency will be done by your bank at the time of purchase.

What is Sezzle?

With Sezzle, you can split the cost of your purchase into 4 payments, available for purchases of $100 or more before taxes. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks. There's never any interest or fees when you make your payments on time.

How do I use the 'Pick up in store' option?

In-store pickup is a convenient and free way to get your favorite items from La Sellerie de la Chambrière. If the products you order online are available in our store, the store address will be displayed during checkout, and you can choose to pick up your order directly in-store.

Instead of a tracking number, we will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Please note that once your order is placed, we cannot change the order method or ship items to a different address. Please retrieve your order within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we do not hear from the customer.

Where can I find information on your sizes?

On each Chambriere.ca product page, you will find specific information regarding the sizes available for each item.

How do I measure myself?

At Chambriere.ca, we do our best to make sizing information as accurate as possible. However, the cut and style you are looking for can influence the fit. Here are some tips to help you choose the ideal size and take your own measurements.

Shirts, jackets and outerwear:
For a good fit, the key is at shoulder level. If the shoulders slip, it's too big; if you can't move your arms, it's too tight. A perfect fit means you can raise your arms above your head in complete comfort. Remember that even if you buy the right size, it may be necessary to make adjustments at a tailor, especially for items like blazers.

How to measure your chest

Take your measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your chest, under your armpits. Don't tighten it too tightly, but make sure it fits snugly without being loose.

How to measure your waistline

Measure just above the hip bone, at the level of the belly button. Walk the measuring tape around your body without holding your breath. The tape should fit snugly around your torso, but not too tight that you are comfortable.

How to measure your inseam

To get an accurate inseam measurement, measure the inside of the leg, from inseam to foot. You can also measure pants you already own that are the right length for you to find the size that fits you best.

How should I care for my leather boots?

For your leather shoes, including western boots, it is essential to protect them before first use. You can find protective sprays in our shoe section or at any shoe store near you. Apply a leather-specific protective spray to protect against moisture, stains and scratches.

Maintenance of leather western boots:

  1. Initial Protection: Before wearing your leather western boots for the first time, apply a leather protectant spray. This will help prevent stains and water damage.
  2. Regular cleaning: Use a soft cloth to wipe off dirt and dust after each use. For a more thorough cleaning, use a leather soap.
  3. Moisturizing: Apply a leather conditioner every few weeks to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.
  4. Waterproofing: Reapply your protective spray every few weeks to maintain good protection against humidity.

Care of riding leather items (saddle, halter, etc.):

Leather saddle:

  • Cleaning: After each use, wipe the saddle with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. For a more thorough cleaning, use leather soap.
  • Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner regularly to keep leather supple and prevent cracking.
  • Storage: Store the saddle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the leather from drying out and fading.

Leather halter:

  • Cleaning: Wipe regularly with a damp cloth and use leather soap for a thorough clean.
  • Moisturizing: Use a leather conditioner to maintain leather suppleness and prevent cracking.

Bridles and other leather accessories:

  • Cleaning: After each use, clean with a damp cloth and leather soap.
  • Conditioning: Apply leather conditioner regularly.
  • Inspection: Frequently check the condition of seams and fasteners to ensure they are in good condition.
