Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel :
- Contact us quickly: Call us at 418-658-6789 or send an email to service@chambriere.ca with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation Confirmation: If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue you a full refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been made.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it, but you will be able to return it according to our returns policy. See our FAQ section on “Returns and Exchanges” for further instructions.
