The Sweet Iron 14mm double-jointed snaffle bit is designed to provide optimal comfort and increased control for the horse. The Sweet Iron bit is known for its ability to stimulate salivation thanks to its soft iron coating . This material reacts with moisture and air, creating a surface rust that has a sweet taste, making the horse more willing to accept the bit. The oxidation process removes the initial blue color, but the rust effect persists to maintain the pleasant taste.


This snaffle features an anatomical design that fits the natural shape of the horse's mouth, ensuring smooth and even pressure distribution. With a double joint , it is made of three pieces, the middle part of which lies flat on the tongue, increasing pressure and allowing more precise control. The needles located before the rings apply pressure to the cheeks, ensuring better steering. In addition, the stainless steel rings and sturdy 65 mm washers provide stability and durability to the whole.
