Western Bit D-Rings Double Jointed - 5" is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
The brown iron D-ring snaffle features a soft copper dog bone-shaped mouthpiece in its center. The fixed rings protect the corners of the mouth from pinching. This type of mouthpiece helps to channel horses and prevents the horse from getting its tongue over the bit.
The double joint locks into a straight bit, allowing for effective control when forward pressure is too strong. When the horse returns to lighter contact, the bit softens.
This bit, with its measured actions combined with the copper wire, encourages the horse to chew and salivate.
