Sarah Rose's Ranger Western Bit
Ergonomically designed in collaboration with Sarah Rose McDonald, this three-piece bit distributes pressure evenly across the tongue, bars, and lips. It is copper-plated to accentuate the aids, with copper rings around the dogbone. The copper and sweet iron blend provides a pleasant taste for your horse, promoting salivation for greater comfort and flexibility.
Level B is about transition, introducing leverage and pressure through the curb chain. Short-shank bits and half-gags are included in this level.
Since copper is a soft metal, watch for excessive wear. Soft iron will naturally rust to form a patina over time.
