Classic Double Jointed D-Ring Bit in Sweet Iron
Waldhausen's anatomically shaped Sweet Iron bits are designed to fit the shape of the horse's mouth. Sweet Iron is made of blue steel, which, upon contact with moisture (in the air), begins to oxidize and form a gentle brown-gray rust. This oxidation stimulates saliva production in horses. They start to foam better, which increases the acceptance of the bit. Perfect for improving comfort and communication between rider and horse, this bit is an excellent choice for riders looking to improve their relationship with their mount.
