Manual :
 Shake well before each use. Spray once or twice on the affected area and massage gently. Avoid application of external heat which may cause skin irritation or burn. Do not apply to mucous membranes or open wounds. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not inhale the vapors.
Storage :
 Should be stored in a cool, dry place. Unopened product has a shelf life of 24 months
Medicinal ingredients:
 Menthol 1.5%, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 0.8%, eucalyptus essential oils 0.4%, clove essential oil 0.2%.
Nonmedicinal ingredients:
 Purified water, isopropyl alcohol, peppermint and lavender oils.
