Entretien

Make sure your rug is clean before placing it on the horse's back. Proper maintenance helps prevent the accumulation of dirt, sweat, and hair, which preserves the rug's integrity. To loosen compacted areas, use a stiff brush or a clothes vacuum.

Useful tips

  • Make sure the top line of the pad is centered over your horse's spine, with even distribution of the pad in front and back of the saddle.
  • Before girthing, lift the pad slightly in the saddle girth passage to avoid any pressure on the withers.
  • Which size should you choose? Take the length of your saddle flap and add 4 inches to get the ideal pad size. For a short-backed horse, add only 2 inches .
