Animalintex poultice band

Use as a warm wet poultice:
1. Prepare hot water: Heat clean water to a warm to hot (but not scalding) temperature.
2. Soak the compress: Soak the Animalintex in hot water, then wring it out lightly to avoid excess moisture.
3. Apply to the affected area: Place the compress directly on the wound or painful area.
4. Secure in place: Use a bandage or plastic wrap to hold the compress in place.
5. Application time: Leave on for 4 to 6 hours, then replace if necessary.

✅ Recommended for: abscesses, infections, open wounds requiring drainage, stimulation of circulation.

Use as a cold poultice:
1. Prepare the cold water: Soak the compress in clean cold water, then wring it out lightly.
2. Apply: Place the compress directly on the affected area.
3. Secure in place: Hold with a light bandage if necessary.
4. Application time: 2 to 4 hours, can be replaced if necessary.

✅ Recommended for: swelling, bruises, tendonitis, inflammation after intense exercise.
