The Reinsman Josey-Mitchell Xtra Short Reverse Gag Bit is designed in collaboration with legendary Martha Josey , a multiple champion barrel racer and trainer. This Stage C bit is ideal for horses that respond well to nose pressure and support reins .


Featuring short 6 1/2 inch shanks , it offers a good balance of control and flexibility , perfect for refining transitions and improving the horse's responsiveness. Its soft iron and copper mouthpiece encourages salivation and relaxation, while the twisted 3-piece dogbone mouthpiece provides a smooth yet precise action.
