Classic Eggbutt Copper Roller Bit
The double-jointed bit freezes into a straight bit when the forward pressure is too strong and allows effective control. As the horse returns to lighter contact, the bit softens. This bit with measured actions allows the horse not to fear contact with the hand.
The resin bit allows for a gentler action in the horse's mouth than its metal equivalent. Particularly well suited to young horses and horses with sensitive mouths, it has the advantage of being flexible and light, relaxing and much more abrasive and sensitive to wear in the long term than rubber bits. The apple scent encourages horses to accept the bit.
