The Coronet Dr. Bristol bit is a double-jointed bit with D-rings. Its design offers precise contact and good lateral control of the head.
The angled Dr. Bristol-style central plate exerts pressure on the tongue when needed. It thus encourages the horse's responsiveness to the rider's aids.
The D-rings provide lateral action and increased stability compared to some other ring models.
